Returns/Refunds

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

I. Direct purchase from our website: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unused, unopened or defective merchandise for a replacement or a refund. You will need to ship the item to GiftKoncepts @ Fulfillment CTR, 1495 Rymco Drive, 101 Winston Salem NC 27103 for inspection by our quality assurance department and we must receive the returned item before you will receive a replacement or a refund.

We  allow 30 days for you to decided if you want the product(s) from the receipt of shipment. You must notify us through our customer service email at sales@giftkoncepts.com within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment or we will refuse your request for a (refund or exchange)

 

II. Please send returns/replacements via USPS first class mail only. We will reject any package requesting for collect postage payments or any package that has postage owed.
