I. Direct purchase from our website: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unused, unopened or defective merchandise for a replacement or a refund. You will need to ship the item to GiftKoncepts @ Fulfillment CTR, 1495 Rymco Drive, 101 Winston Salem NC 27103 for inspection by our quality assurance department and we must receive the returned item before you will receive a replacement or a refund.

We  allow 30 days for you to decided if you want the product(s) from the receipt of shipment. You must notify us through our customer service email at within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment or we will refuse your request for a (refund or exchange)
